Longest Post of "the Decade"!!

This blog will be my LAST blog, in the LAST year, of the FIRST decade of the 21st CENTURY!!!!

Dramatic enough to make you gasp? No?

Well, it's true (honest), 2010 will mark the end of a decade, and this happens to be the first "First Decade of the Century" I came through + I have a blog now, so I can spew whatever I want to mark the occasion.. Did i tell you about the "my blog=my rules" ? CONSIDER YOURSELF TOLD..

Last time i tried doing this with a friend, we ended up shoving each other and tossing 2 liter water bottles at walking trash cans.. THE TRASH CANS WERE WALKING, FOR GOD'S SAKE.. (no drugs were involved, i promise)..

To sum up what I was going to write about, I dug into my archives of the past events, bookmarks, articles and scoops that (for me) defined the past 10 years, and wrote a LONG list (longer than this one, believe me) about everything that i came across (but it wasn't meant to be).. I mean, come to think about it, I believe we witnessed enough in these 10 years that could probably match what we faced in the last days of the 20th century.. Maybe more on the political and technological side, but then again, allot shift-shaking happened, and boy, the 2000's had their own fare share of POW's and KABOOM's start-ups.. As for my personal life, i believe nothing exceeded the milestone post i did before :D..

2010 : A Tablet Odyssey?

As much as the global economy seemed to take a monster bite of allot of business, it seems as if Apple sales and market growth defy those rules.. In this ending year, Apple managed to introduce a new iPod Nano, re-invent the iMac, and add a new line of MacBook and MacBook Pros (faster than ever, greener than ever).. Achieving major feats in Battery life, and marking it's footprint as the Company of choice in many awards, including CEO of the year, and the most reliable machines in the market..

As many might think this year is already wrapping up, Steve Jobs could be finally laying it out that there is indeed "One more thing"..

It sure is depressing to know that the conduct of the municipality is still shady, inconsiderate and lacks something I like to call "COMMON SENSE, IDIOTS".. Well, not the "idiot" part, that's just me being honest..

As ignorant as it may seem, the Municipality still moves Raw sewage around the city as if they're playing a game of Hot Potato.. Despite the anger expressed by the citizens of affected neighborhoods, and they should be angry, the dumping still continues.. Now, it's Al-Samir District..

- Why didn't the imaginary infrastructure, the jeddah municipality keeps on mentioning, work?

- Why was it disregarded when King Faisal, god rest his soul, proposed it for the future of Jeddah?

- Why ON EARTH is the civil defense giving away bottled water and cupcakes?

- Why isn't there any pest control being done to the swamp-like water pools in every district?

- Why isn't there any opposition by the people to dumping the Musk River into the Red Sea?
